i remember my first dream

you entrusted it to me

colors of all shapes and sizes

hugging bears and buzzing bees

when i was awake

you were always ready

while i was asleep

your arms held steady

i felt the fire in your breath

and the heat of your heart

the clouds in your mind

and the thunder tear you apart

heavenly castle too bright not to cry

whoever you are my lord in the sky

fly him as far and as high

to a place where only sleeping dogs can lie

my final prayer

and third absolute wish

please grandpa and grandma

give him a warm sunshiney kiss

LILIN (Vampires) If the Surturi are the jocks and bullies then the Lilin are the queen bees, they are crafty and manipulative in all their ventures. They are also the most secretive of the seven, with many self-serving or ambitious objectives. Most of their relationships are based upon materialism and objectification. Sex is a popular tool, but anything can be used to move up on the social scale or accumulate wealth. However, a softer side reveals that they almost revere the idea of pleasure and happiness. Lighter qualities show they are also highly creative and friendly to those they may trust. Lilin only wish to indulge in excess, yet tend to tear down anyone who gets in their way. The Boogeymen: Chapter 1

I don’t like Mondays. The sidewalk seems like it’s pounding against my shoes, and the leaves are blocking my path. I know it’s a Monday because the clouds look like they retain the most color; Mondays I have to come straight home and start next week’s homework. I don’t really mind all the studying or work but there is no one around to even enforce the rule; no one who seems to care at least. I do this frequently, stall my impending return home. Perhaps I think too much, but when there’s nothing to think about, you tend to get anxious you know? All this going through the motions just makes it worse on me. It’s almost like I was homesick but I couldn’t remember what home even was. Something in me is full but undiscovered, simple yet hard to crack.
